Five years after the death of Michael Jackson, a 36 year old man sued for sexual abuse against the 'King of Pop'.
James says the musician Safechuck committed the crime 26 years ago, when they worked together in a Pepsi ad campaign.
British newspaper The Independent reports that lawyers Safechuck documents delivered on Monday 4 August. The demand charge against the assets of the singer.
The representatives of the alleged victim said in the lawsuit that "Jackson executed a manipulative behavior to attract Safechuck and their parents, and give them a false sense of security and normalcy, which were far from reality."
"Jackson's efforts were successful, to the point that Safechuck tolerated repeated acts of sexual abuse of heinous nature, and the late brainwashed into believing that these were acts of love caused by the same James and not by the deceased" added demand.
"After the first incident, Safechuck started sleeping regularly in Jackson's bed in the hotels in the 'Bad' tour in 1988," says the document.
Lawyers for the plaintiff say the meetings were repeated almost 100 times, and ceased when James Safechuck entered adolescence.
The executors of Jackson ruled the facts and their legal representative requested that the application should be dismissed because estimate that only about a strategy to get money.
