A dead five injured employee with third-degree burns to left an explosion yesterday morning in the bedroom area of the customs complex Piedras Negras, Coahuila, apparently because-according to unofficial versions of the first inquiries - to build domestic gas.
The strong blast took place at 08:00 pm in the ground floor of an annex to the customs office where the staff sleeps, which is located in the streets and Zaragoza Source building.
The wounded were initially six three women and three men, the majority Customs inspectors; but one of them-employed Ana Griselda Vasquez died a few hours later, while receiving medical attention.
After the explosion was triggered municipal code red emergency and according to unofficial releases in electronic media, the authorities ruled an attack.
The clerk of the city of Piedras Negras, Hermelo Castillón Martinez reported that the outbreak broke down the four side walls of the ground floor of the building.
Five of the initial wounded were treated in the clinic of the ISSSTE and one more in Social Security, all reports seriously.
The city Civil Protection director, Alberto de la Rosa, reported the names of the injured, in addition to the deceased Ana Griselda Vazquez. This is Beatriz Adriana Murillo Villanueva, Rosy Veles Jimenez, Jorge Eduardo Alanis, Edgar Doroteo García González and Luis Alberto Castillo
Place went to the Mexican Army, the Navy, Civil Protection personnel, firefighters, Agents Investigating State Police and the Municipal Police, who cordoned off the area and conducted the first investigations to determine the causes of the explosion.
