Aeromexico suspends hiring Surcharges

Aeromexico informed the market that temporarily suspended the recruitment of new surcharges, until such time as the injunction filed by the Association of Flight Attendants (ASSA) in the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) is resolved . 

This, after he received a notice from the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration ordering that the airline to suspend the effects of the decision issued on August 20, 2013, which modified the terms of the collective bargaining agreement of attendants. 



The company promoted in April 2013 a collective Conflict Economic Nature aimed at standardizing the working conditions of the flight attendants with other national carriers. 

On May 28, 2014, the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court exercised its power to settle the lawsuit for Labour Protection issued by ASSA to consider economic relevance.
