Welcome to The New Life Mission.   - A Ministry of Free Christian Books

To spread the gospel of the water (Jesus' baptism) and the Spirit that enables people to solve their problem of sin based on the pure Word of God revealed in the Bible, The New Life Mission has been translating and publishing free Christian books in several languages.
Although there are many Christians today, we see many of them in fact only go to church on Sundays, and in their hearts is not clear and no standard word of salvation. But Jesus said, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he can not enter the kingdom of God" (John 3:5).

What does being born again here? Being born again is not to abandon the sinful life of one and start a new life after believing in Jesus, as he thinks most people. Although this would be good, this in itself is not born again, and be saved. When the Bible tells us that we must be born again of water and the Spirit, means that "sinners must repent, believe in the baptism of Jesus and the blood of the Cross, and thereby receive the remission of sin in their hearts and become righteous. " In other words, it means born from above. This is not a change that comes from human beings, but it is a transformation that comes from God.

In 1 John 5:6-8, the Bible says, "This is he that came by water and blood. Not by water only, but by water and blood And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is truth the Spirit, the water and the blood., and these three agree in one. " Jesus came to this earth by water and blood. Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary body incarnated in the flesh of man, and when he turned 30, he was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River. The work of salvation that make us born again of water and the Spirit began with the birth of Jesus, and as He washed the sins of the world by receiving His baptism by John the Baptist, the representative of humanity, in the Jordan River.

We know that Jesus was vicariously condemned in our place by shedding His blood on the Cross. But why Jesus, God Himself who was without sin, condemnation endured on the Cross? There are causes and effects in all things. That Jesus died on the cross for our sins is closely related to the event of His baptism when He was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River, which was a form of the laying on of hands. The Apostle Peter said in 1 Peter 3:21 baptism doth also now save us. So this means that Jesus came for baptism and the Cross.

At the baptism of Jesus is hidden the mystery of the forgiveness of sin, the mystery born of water and the Spirit. If, despite this, we ignore this baptism of Jesus and do not believe, then we ourselves would be betraying the will of God and our own salvation abandoned. The free Christian books of The New Life Mission provide a clear explanation of the standard of salvation and actual seating it on solid biblical foundation, and they address the basics of salvation and being born again of water and the Spirit. For more details, we invite our visitors to read the free Christian books we give in printed or electronic format.
