After a lawsuit filed in 2012 by the label Mayimba Music, Manhattan Court ruled this week that the famous song of Shakira Loca is a plagiarism.
As indicated by the means The Hollywood Reporter, a federal judge in New York found that Sony, and spin-off companies were liable for the infringement of copyright against the Dominican musician Ramón Arias Vasquez, who wrote the Loca issue with your Tiguere late 90s.
