Receive 1,844 lawsuits against Hoy No Circula

The Council of the Federal Judiciary said it has received 1,844 claims for the challenge today is not circulating recently applied in the Federal District and the State of Mexico. 

The Judiciary explained that most of the lawsuits were filed in the Federal District (1,568 in the Offices of the Courts of Common Map for Administrative Matters in the Federal District); 220 in the District Courts in the State of Mexico, residing in Naucalpan de Juárez, and 56 corresponding to the District Courts in the State of Mexico, residing in Nezahualcoyotl. 


Given the number of requests for the defense, the Board reported that for the reception, and as a temporary measure enabled the offices of Joint Correspondence of various courts in the Federal District.

Tanya Müller, head of the Ministry of Environment of Mexico City, said there are currently more than 1 million cars over 15 years old, of which 300,000 decal can reach one and the rest will remain with the number two.
