A man of 42, who goes by the name of Luis Hernández González, was arrested Saturday at 23:00 hours by the Police in La Paz after a woman just because they will report masturbating in public.
According to the version of the affected, identified as Crystal Celeste, 23 years old, the subject used his vehicle, a Toyota brand wagon, blue color, to masturbate and show genitals to women.
After the report via 066 by the affected elements of the Security Directorate arrived at the site, located on the streets of Alley Clemente Guillen between Constitution and Hidalgo Colonia Vicente Guerrero, where they controlled the alleged aggressor and arrested him.
The victim said he would go to the Public Ministry to file a formal complaint, since this was not the first time something similar happened with the man who used his vehicle at different times, to masturbate publicly.
