The University of Cambridge is looking for a PhD student looking for what sounds like the sweetest job in the world: teaching the fundamentals of chocolate.

is the temperature at which succumb better quality chocolates.
The global search, according to the job description is to identify ways to prevent food prepared from chocolate melt in warm climates.
That is a challenge, as even the best quality chocolate begins to melt around 34 degrees Celsius, just below human temperature.
One solution could fatten the profits of the 10 largest chocolate companies in the world, which last year had above 85 billion sales.
Only European citizens can apply for the position will be under the direction of experts in chemistry, geothermal and condensed matter physics engineering
