The Valley of Mexico will mean climate cloudy to cloudy with potential showers accompanied by strong thunderstorms east and southeast wind 15 to 30 mph, said National Weather Service (NWS).
Temperatures will be cool in the morning and evening as well as temperate to warm during the day, with temperatures in the Federal District of 24-13 degrees Celsius and 23 degrees Celsius nine in the State of Mexico.
