Why intelligent machines will inevitably seek to destroy humanity

A robot tank moves quickly on the bushes, and suddenly stops his machine gun shoots a devastating precision.

Sounds like a science fiction movie but the scene is a video about a robot being tested by the U.S. Army. Another example of how yesterday's science fiction has become a reality in modern combat scenarios.

The miniature tank, only a meter long, is one of a robotic vehicle used by the military worldwide. More than 90 countries operate these systems. An industry consultant according to IHS worth 98 billion dollars over the next ten years.

"The United States remains the main market and the main driver behind this industry, but many countries are improving their own skills in the field of unmanned systems," said Derrick Maple.
