A three-day airlift operation installed in California by Hurricane Odile, have until Thursday rescued 18,000 people stranded in the state, the Secretary of Communications and Transport, Gerardo Ruiz Esparza said.
As part of the tour of surveillance work in the state, the official said that the mobilization of tourists has made 121 flights performed by aircraft of the armed forces and Aeromexico, Interjet, Viva Aerobus companies, Volaris and Magnicharters.
